Strategic Planning & Execution Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and structured professional to drive the planning, execution, and governance of key initiatives within our organization.

  1. Synthesize and structure strategic planning efforts, ensuring projects are managed with clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability.
  2. Develop financial models and analyses to ensure appropriate monthly end results and forecasts are in place for key revenue drivers.
  3. Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for senior management, providing clear and compelling narratives based on data.
  4. Implement structured tracking and reporting processes to ensure commitments to senior leadership are met with high standards of accuracy and governance.
  5. Cultivate cross-functional coordination to align local country teams and the Prudential International Insurance Center.
  6. Oversee the execution of critical initiatives, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Apply advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Show proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling, data visualization).
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Hold PMO Certification as a plus.
  • Foster fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being desirable.
