Senior Billing Operations Manager

The primary function of the Billing Operations Specialist is to oversee and optimize billing processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
Responsibilities include managing complex billing processes, contract billing, and subscription management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in billing management or similar finance roles, with a strong knowledge of accounting principles, especially accounts receivable.
- Oversee advanced billing processes, including contract billing and subscription management.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and provide guidance to junior staff.
- Manage and optimize billing systems, collaborating with IT on upgrades.
- Proven experience in billing management or similar finance roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
