Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client success strategy in Brazil. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for executing our client success strategy and building a high-performing team.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving client retention, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will also possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing our client success strategy in Brazil
  • Building and leading a high-performing Client Success team
  • Driving revenue growth and improving client retention
  • Enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech
  • Proven experience leading and scaling Client Success teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media, digital advertising, and agency ecosystems in Brazil
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving client retention, and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian advertising market and client expectations
  • Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese proficiency is also required
