About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their goals and objectives through effective onboarding, value realization, and renewal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences to ensure seamless onboarding and successful adoption of our services.
  • Value Realization: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Renewal and Upsell: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure timely and successful renewals, as well as identify upsell opportunities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years in Ad Tech, agency, DSP, or publisher environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to identify business issues, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
