Strategic Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist with expertise in driving customer growth and renewals. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic account management experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

This is a mid-to-senior-level role with potential people management responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including user groups and decision-makers, to advocate for customer needs and priorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of customer success/account management experience in a B2B SaaS or compliance space.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic enterprise accounts and driving customer growth and renewals.
  • Strong command of HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Excel/Sheets, and reporting/BI tools.
