We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global customer success operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve retention rates, drive upsells or cross-sells where appropriate, and ultimately increase customer success.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer success results, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. They will also be skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of customer success managers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and feedback sharing.
- Analyze regional performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
- Excellent academic results at school and university
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Communication or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for Customer Success, revenue management and technology, experience in SaaS or software industries
- Track record of bringing exceptional Customer Success experience results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific
- Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
- Experience growing and developing a CSM team
- Hands-on approach to using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person
