Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist
">We are a rapidly expanding international company operating in the sports betting and iGaming industry. With offices across multiple regions, we are looking for a talented and motivated professional to support our Legal, Compliance, and Sales departments in delivering a seamless experience to our clients.
">Key Responsibilities">- Act as a liaison between clients and the Legal/Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.">
- Support the Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.">
- Manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.">
- Assist the AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding and Due Diligence processes.">
- Support the local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.">
- Coordinate external advisors when required.">
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred).">
- 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.">
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.">
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.">
- IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/G Suite).">
