Job Title: Strategic Client Engagement Lead

As a Strategic Client Engagement Lead, you will spearhead early conversations with qualified leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective solution delivery. You will work closely with clients, posing thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and mapping out business problems in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate client discovery sessions and whiteboard exercises alongside technical stakeholders.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Own the creation of proposal documents, timelines, and solution outlines.

You will be responsible for identifying constraints, risks, and edge cases early in the conversation, breaking down solutions into manageable phases, documenting deliverables, validating requirements, presenting project proposals, and facilitating smooth handoffs to delivery teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • A strong background in supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
  • Excellent history of working with cross-functional teams (tech lead, UX, QA).
