Site Payments Specialist

The Site Payments Specialist provides support to ensure the accurate and timely administration of payments to our network of project sites. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects, overseeing the entire process, and highlighting any potential financial risks or delays.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure timely payment administration.
- Highlight aged invoices and financial risks, providing reasons for any delays.
- Perform data quality control, ensuring batches are scheduled as per contracts and meet budget requirements.
- Reconcile project finances and monitor payment cycle targets to ensure studies meet targets for each step in the payment cycle.
- Provide high-level customer service to internal project teams and assist with project-related issues.
- Track and report metric data, flagging non-standard issues to project teams or line managers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written/spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with contract management systems and payment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective time and financial management skills.
