As part of our Tech Service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our internal users. Your primary responsibility will be logging and resolving service requests within our Service Management System. You will also administer IT equipment, including laptops and mobile devices, using EasyVista and scripted knowledge share and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal end-user support logged within the Service Management System (Jira)
  • Administering IT equipment using EasyVista, Build PC, Mac, and Linux devices, both locally and remotely using Intune and JAMF
  • Providing Video Conference support Services using Poly / Polycom Room Systems and Zoom
  • Working closely with other Farfetch Group technology teams and business units, using Slack, Gmail, and Zoom

Requirements:

  • Able to work as part of a team and collaborate with diverse individuals, cultures, and experiences
  • Demonstrate a broad-based IT background, including PC's & Mac's, mobile devices, and Video Conferencing
  • Clear, concise, friendly manner and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
