We're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to clients via various communication channels.
">Responsibilities:
Deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences through proactive and timely support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
Native fluency in Chinese and English (upper intermediate level)
At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
Experience with live chats and emails
Personal or professional background in the crypto industry
Excellent analytical and research skills
A positive and responsible attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of Salesforce or Zendesk
