We're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will provide top-notch assistance to clients via various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences through proactive and timely support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Chinese and English (upper intermediate level)

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role

  • Experience with live chats and emails

  • Personal or professional background in the crypto industry

  • Excellent analytical and research skills

  • A positive and responsible attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Zendesk
