Expert Sourcing Specialist

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is pivotal in identifying, engaging and sourcing top talent from Brazil and global markets. This includes building diverse and inclusive pipelines as well as developing effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize AI-powered tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates
- Nurture and develop diverse and inclusive talent pools
- Develop personalized messaging strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team requirements and craft compelling hiring strategies
- Ensure job postings are inclusive, aligned with company standards and effectively convey the value proposition
- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week onsite in São Paulo)
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or direct search experience, preferably in the tech sector
- Proficiency in sourcing passive talent and understanding local market dynamics
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
