Job Description:
Mt. Bachelor is seeking a skilled Snow Removal Operator to join our team. As a Snow Removal Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our mountain resort.

As a Snow Removal Operator, your primary responsibility will be to clear parking lots and roadways of snow. You will also be responsible for clearing snow from maintenance areas, cleaning ice and snow from equipment, and performing equipment inspections each shift. Additionally, you may be required to assist with chain building and repair for equipment, hauling/moving snow for daytime operations, clearing snow off roofs with equipment, filling pot holes in lots and roads as needed, and opening drains in predetermined locations around the resort.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Current and valid driver's license
• Ability to operate, learn new skills, and teach heavy equipment operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Physical capabilities: able to work at night in variable weather conditions
• Safety as priority, clear communication between other staff and departments
• CDL is a plus

Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate: _$21.25/hour_
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• High school or equivalent education required
• Minimum time in related position: 2 years/seasons

Working Conditions:
You will be working outdoors in variable weather conditions, often at night. You must be comfortable working in cold temperatures and able to communicate effectively with colleagues over distances.
