Transforming the way organizations work is a complex task that requires expertise in ServiceNow Platform configuration. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud solutions that achieve customer outcomes.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for professionals with 8+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education/experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to travel up to 50% and demonstrate strong project management skills. Experience working collaboratively and holding advanced English skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes
  • Participating in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes
  • Designing and delivering ServiceNow CSM solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices
  • Oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees
  • Providing feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with customers
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Creative with comfort running projects independently
  • Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
  • Experience working collaboratively
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
  • Advanced English skills
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
