The Cloud People is a leading Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner, seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Brazil. If you're passionate about accelerating your career and working with a cutting-edge cloud-based platform, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:- Functional Design Workshops: Facilitate effective workshops to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet industry best practices.
- ServiceNow Solution Development: Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and industry standards.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and validate requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Innovation: Proactively propose creative solutions to overcome business challenges and technical roadblocks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support workshops and proof-of-concept designs.
- Hands-on Technical Delivery: Execute hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Service Development: Contribute to the development and growth of services offered by The Cloud People.
- Effective Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation at various levels.
- ServiceNow Experience: 2+ years of ServiceNow project implementation experience.
- Customer-Facing Workshops: Proven ability to participate in customer-facing workshops.
- ServiceNow Platform: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, development, and best practices.
- Certifications: Hold the ServiceNow Certifications, including the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification as a fundamental requirement and one CIS (must-have).
- Scripting Languages: Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript.
- Web Services: Experience working with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- ServiceNow CSM: ServiceNow CSM implementation experience.
- CSM Business Domain: Understanding of CSM business domain and ability to translate it into practical ServiceNow solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Time Zone: Work on GMT-3.
