Senior Product Manager, Alexa Brazil

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Alexa International team in Brazil. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for improving and inventing the Alexa customer experience for Brazilian customers.
Key Responsibilities- Define user needs and identify gaps, features enhancements, and opportunities to grow the business.
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.
- Continuous monitor customer experience performance, identify gaps, and improvement areas and build improvement plans.
- Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to the market.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from complex data.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into projects using creative thinking and innovation.
- Experience thinking strategically and executing tactically, with the desire to roll up your sleeves.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools for process optimization and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
- Experience in start-up type environments or short-cycle businesses.
- Knowledge of LLM and Generative Artificial Intelligence.
