Job Title: Sales Manager - Business Unit

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager - Business Unit will be responsible for driving profitable growth for MTN Business by developing and executing sales strategies and tactics that maximize the company opportunity within the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to drive profitable growth for MTN Business.
  • Lead a team of sales account managers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales account managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the telecommunications industry, with a deep understanding of company products and services.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and objectives.
