This role focuses on providing support to the marketing department, contributing to initiatives that enhance brand value and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include updating sales contact databases, managing marketing-related assets, and assisting in the development of marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain sales contact database ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Organize and manage marketing-related images, documents, videos, and other media on shared drives
- Develop and maintain company track records on shared drives for easy access
- Inform relevant parties about updated information and provide access details
- Manage purchase orders for marketing support and place orders with approval from the manager
- Collaborate in the creation of marketing materials and assist in preparing reporting metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal fluency - technical and commercial)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Prior experience in similar marketing administration roles is beneficial
- Knowledge of commercial issues (Purchase Orders and Invoices) is essential
