We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the automation business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the automation business in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide market intelligence to the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial automation industry, preferably with a well-known company.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a regional market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is preferred, but not required.
