Job Description

As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, you will play a crucial role in managing agency incentive programs and contract operations within our commercialization team.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating value for customers through innovation and optimization of products and services.

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for agencies and advertisers, including NDAs, onboarding agreements, and addendums.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal teams to ensure accuracy, timely approval, and signature tracking.
  • Maintain organized records and dashboards for contract control and audit purposes.

You will collaborate closely with Finance and Commercial teams to validate billing status and maintain accuracy in incentive calculations.

Strong understanding of agency dynamics and commercial incentive models is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in media agencies, advertising networks, or digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
