We're Looking for a Marketing Research Manager
You'll partner with CE channel leaders to develop strong plans leveraging insights for channels and shoppers in key countries. Your role will involve:
- Partnering with CE Category leaders to drive Shopper agenda and create best practices.
- Being the Owner of key competitor multi-sourcing predictive analysis in partnership with IHUB (intelligence Hub), Marketing, R&E (Research and Engineering) CE teams.
- Advising Marketing and trade/shopper leaders on the best use of Nielsen/Kantar information.
- Working cross-functionally to integrate insights-driven strategies to drive category and brand growth with channels.
- Collaborating with CSI (Consumer Strategic Insights) Innovation to provide customer-facing insights leadership through behavioral understanding of customers' shoppers using both qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or other Postgraduate Studies in Marketing/Market Research.
- 5-8+ years of experience in Market Research with ad-hoc studies, qualitative and quantitative, with continuous data (mandatory: Nielsen, Kantar, Equity). Experience in managing digital research and data is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and ability to build knowledge in insights.
- Previous regional position in market research for a multinational company or research agencies developing, managing, and implementing projects.
- Analytical capability, established skills for analyzing and consolidating information from different sources, and advance ability to work with figures.
- Teamwork, Strong customer/client/supplier relationship skills (including ability to work within virtual teams).
- Fluent or Advanced English, Fluent Portuguese or Spanish, and Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Total Compensation Package
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on your qualifications and location.
