The New Business Operations team is responsible for turning strategic agreements into operational success stories. As an Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in implementing partnerships and ensuring they deliver on their promise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing day-to-day partnership operations, including project planning and milestone tracking.
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and support partnership growth.
  • Designing and optimizing internal workflows and processes for efficient partnership execution.
  • Collaborating closely with partners' operational teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience for mutual customers.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to track performance against key metrics and provide actionable insights.

What We Look For:

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business analysis, or project management.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in SQL, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
  • A results-driven attitude and proven ability to manage projects, solve problems, and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
