Job Title: Country Manager, Brazil

The Country Manager for Brazil will oversee all business operations and activities within the country.

This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets. A key aspect of the role is business development, which involves identifying new market opportunities, establishing partnerships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's presence in the Brazilian market.

The Country Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, customers, and other external partners to drive sales and revenue growth.

Additionally, they must stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and achieve financial targets in Brazil.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop business development plans to expand the company's presence in Brazil.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all business operations.
  • Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting for the Brazilian market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in oil and gas essential.
  • Self-starter: willing and eager to drive opportunities and seek assistance as needed.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills; at ease presenting to groups of customers.
