Drive manufacturing excellence across global production sites as a technical leader.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, standardize and optimize complex processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in live environments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs and ensure product quality.
- Lead technical projects introducing new manufacturing technologies, tools and methods.
- Collaborate with R&D, Maintenance, Quality and Operations to align process development with business objectives.
- Analyze production data and technical performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Prepare, maintain and validate technical documentation according to industry standards and requirements.
- Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior engineers and technicians.
