This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your manufacturing knowledge and theoretical skills to drive technical improvements and support for cutting-edge flexible pipe systems. As a key contributor, you will work with skilled colleagues to develop and optimize our manufacturing capabilities.

You will play a central role in process development, new equipment implementation, and root cause analysis, as well as serve as a technical advisor for other stakeholders. This position requires strong communication and planning skills, ensuring you can effectively manage your day-to-day work while staying engaged with multiple factories operating in different time zones.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for stabilizing production and ensuring our technical standards support operational excellence.
  • You will work closely with the team to ensure that the best decisions are made and optimized solutions are selected, covering HSE perspectives, R&D, and optimization of existing portfolio/process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical improvements and support for flexible pipe systems
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing capabilities
  • Contribute to process development, new equipment implementation, and root cause analysis
  • Serve as a technical advisor for other stakeholders

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge within machine operation and process stability
  • Previous experience with extrusion processes, ideally within continuous production (e.g., pipe or tape extrusion)
  • Solid operational experience with manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish and/or Portuguese are a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and structured approach to problem-solving and documentation
