Technical Excellence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Excellence Engineer to drive technical advancements and support on our advanced flexible pipe systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, combined with theoretical expertise, and be passionate about troubleshooting, optimizing extrusion technology, and collaborating with colleagues across functions and geographies.

You will work with the Extrusion Process Team to develop and optimize our manufacturing capabilities, serve as a key contributor to process development, new equipment implementation, and root cause analysis, and provide technical advice to stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or similar) is required for this role.
  • Solid knowledge within machine operation and process stability, along with previous experience with extrusion processes, ideally within continuous production (e.g., pipe or tape extrusion), is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required, with Danish and/or Portuguese being a plus for success in this position.

You will be expected to travel occasionally (0-2 times per year) and work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational excellence and visibility of your ideas and achievements.
