Risk Management Specialist

You will be responsible for working closely with senior leadership to develop the expansion of our business in the general liability insurance market. This role empowers you to manage your business routine and work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk analysis and underwriting, including assessing clients' background information and rating scores;
- Collect and streamline data;
- Support senior members and stakeholders with data gathering, writing reports, and maintaining databases and data pipelines;
- Ensure compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations;
- Provide training to sales teams across the country.

Requirements
We seek an ambitious and energetic professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to adapt. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Law is required, along with a minimum three years of experience in the insurance industry and proven general liability insurance underwriting experience.

- A Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law;
- Agile knowledge and certification;
