Our organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team in Brazil.

About the Position

We are looking for an accomplished HR Manager with expertise in developing people and new business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining and developing HR strategy, and ensuring compliance with company policy and quality management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in HR management, preferably in the maritime segment.

In addition, the candidate should possess strong IT skills, knowledge of Brazilian labor law, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. We value diversity and encourage applications from individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily HR operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Maintain and develop HR strategies in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Operate within company policy and quality management systems
  • Develop training programs for employees
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects led by the Managing Director
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in HR management, preferably in the maritime segment
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of technology
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor law
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
