Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payment processes.

About the Role

The Accounts Payable specialist is responsible for processing pay-outs to vendors, affiliates, outsource service providers, properties, and customers. This includes posting invoices, banking operations, and following up on P2P processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Prepare reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and covering the Sox framework.
Requirements

Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, with Spanish being a plus.

Strong computer skills and experience working with integrated systems (SAP, Ivalua, or others) are also necessary.
