The role of a Business IT Liaison involves partnering with local and global IT teams to deliver business-focused IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and translating into functional specifications is essential.
- Establishing priorities and collaborating with regional and global IT teams is crucial for delivering IT products and services that support business growth.
- Accountability lies in delivering IT products and services to regional stakeholders (internal customers).
- Identifying available solutions and conducting cost-benefit analysis are vital skills.
- Securing resource alignment and ensuring solution development and implementation are critical tasks.
- Engaging with third parties and suppliers as needed is also an important responsibility.
- A valid work permit for Brazil is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the English language, verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A Bachelor's degree is necessary.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
- A Master's degree or MBA would be preferred.
- ITIL and Project Management knowledge/experience are desired.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is beneficial.
