About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled IT Support Engineer. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and solutions to our clients. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, technical documentation, and scalable processes to improve IT operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Act as a technical advisor, aligning IT solutions with organizational priorities while balancing user experience, cost optimization, and system efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support with a proven track record of leadership, decision-making, and ownership.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong technical expertise in supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and IT standards that enable scalability and consistency in IT operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA, Apple Certification, or equivalent.
  • Experience with basic scripting/automation (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell).
  • Previous experience leading small projects or mentoring junior IT team members.
