Senior Commercial Solutions Manager

The role of Senior Commercial Solutions Manager will be pivotal in leading the pre-sales and budgeting area within our organization, focusing on automation, electrical, and digital solutions for various industrial sectors. This professional will play a key role in crafting competitive proposals that align with customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Sales Support area, coordinating proposal preparation and internalization for complex projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, guaranteeing technical and commercial quality in offers.
  • Develop and train the team, aligning proposed solutions with strategic growth objectives.
  • Manage direct teams and shared resources, distributing workload efficiently.
  • Promote integration with areas such as engineering, sales, and other departments, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in proposals.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on digitization, automation, and process optimization.
  • Monitor performance indicators, approvals, and risk analyses, ensuring project compliance and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in people management and continuous process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with an emphasis on Automation.
  • Experience in complex automation, electrical, or digital solutions projects for industry.
  • Advanced conversational English.
