Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management professional to join our team.

This role is responsible for tracking and managing IT hardware and software assets owned by the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent data analysis skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of IT hardware and software assets in our asset tracking system (Oomnitza)
  • Auditing hardware asset records to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Processing stockroom audits conducted by our warehousing partner or Service Desk technicians
  • Monitoring and maintaining hardware inventory in warehouses and local offices to ensure stock aligns with demand

The IT Asset Management team works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT assets are properly managed and maintained. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT asset management
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT asset lifecycle
