About the Job

This role entails overseeing and tracking IT hardware and software assets throughout the organization. Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, facilitating logistics, auditing asset utilization, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience in IT asset management. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, in our tracking system.
  • Facilitate global logistics for the IT department, ensuring timely delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Audit asset usage to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Process stockroom audits conducted by our warehousing partner or Service Desk technicians.
  • Work with our logistics warehouse to ship and reclaim hardware as requested.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT asset management.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT asset lifecycle.
