Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at inDrive. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our operations and maintaining a culture of ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Investigations
    • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into reported issues, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
    • Document all findings and recommendations, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and aware of the outcome.
  • Compliance Program Development
    • Develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies to prevent and detect misconduct.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Awareness
    • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain a culture of compliance, promoting a zero-tolerance approach to misconduct.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
    • Communicate compliance-related information and updates to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aware of their responsibilities.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on compliance performance and trends.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • A degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a related discipline.
    • Experience
      • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or a related field.
    • Certifications
      • A valid ACFE certification, such as the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
    • Skills
      • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
      • Able to work independently and under pressure, with the ability to accomplish tasks within tight deadlines.
      • Good command of both spoken and written English.
