Job Title: Cybersecurity Coordinator Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Coordinator Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and IT consulting.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute initiatives of IT security/cybersecurity services in collaboration with third-party partners for our offices and groups.
  • Conduct IT security assessments of group companies.
  • Propose improvement measures and provide support for improvements.
  • Cope with emergency situations in cybersecurity incidents:
    • Initial response to prevent further damage.
    • Propose and assist with mitigation solutions.
    • Vulnerability diagnosis.
    • Penetration testing (plan, execute, instruct, oversee with partners).
  • Planning and implementing cybersecurity awareness measures (e.g., seminars).
  • Technical consultation and training in cybersecurity.
  • Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools (e.g., Endpoint Management, Behavioral Analytics, DLP).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent discipline/experience.
  • Proven working experience (totally more than 7 years) in one or more related areas: Cybersecurity | IT Infrastructure | IT Consulting.
  • Fluent in English – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish, with sufficient fluency to conduct business with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex concepts or incidents, both orally and in writing, with advanced documentation skills (including visualizations such as diagrams and charts).
