Job Title: Warehouse Management Systems ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support large-scale WMS transformation projects across distribution centers.About the Role

As a WMS consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end implementations of Manhattan Active WMS in multiple distribution centers.

  • Configure WMS processes including Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows.
  • Gather requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify improvements.
  • Create documentation such as process flows, use cases, and system design artifacts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Support testing strategies and validate system changes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on WMS deployment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain within Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
  • At least 2 full-cycle Manhattan Active WMS implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS configuration and development.
  • Proficiency with Manhattan Proactive Extension development.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, cross-dock, pick/pack, shipping.
  • Experience with JSON, Postman, API testing, and integration.
  • Experience managing multi-configuration environments with Configuration Director.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including engagement with executives.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
