Sweden’s IT Industry Needs Your Expertise

The Swedish IT sector is facing a significant challenge – finding skilled engineers to fill approximately 30,000 positions by 2030. Currently, we have around 200 open positions for software engineers with our clients in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and informing candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. This involves building trust with suitable candidates, which can be challenging given the significant life change involved in relocating to another country.

Our global team of recruiters and executive management team in Sweden will provide you with the necessary support to tackle this task efficiently. Additionally, our Swedish delivery management team handles relocation-related matters for our consultants, including visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more.

Our clients operate in various fields, such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues from different countries to plan and execute your tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or a similar technical field.
  • A well-established network of local engineering talent within the IT sector.
  • Excellent service orientation and flexibility in finding innovative solutions.
  • High-quality brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, along with the ability to learn new ideas.
  • Analytical and organized, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confidence, happiness, social skills, friendliness, and high self-motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to handle 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a representative appearance.
