RGM Capability Developer Lead, Latin America

We are seeking a seasoned RGM expert to drive the development of capabilities and methodologies for our LATAM region. As a key member of our RGM squad, you will lead and contribute to capability building initiatives, ensuring regional consistency and enabling continuous evolution.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the consumer goods business, experience collaborating in agile teams and end-to-end projects, good communication skills, and the ability to influence. They should also possess digital dexterity, data literacy, and Agile experience, sophisticated project management skills, and proficient English.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement RGM strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute RGM initiatives and address challenges
  • Lead and contribute to capability building initiatives to develop methodologies, tools, and practices

The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective solutions. They should also have a strong understanding of marketing analysis, P&L, and demand forecasting.
