About the RoleThe Treasury Regional Manager plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of daily cash and liquidity management for our Latin America region. Reporting directly to the Regional Treasury Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Treasury organization's activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Maintain relationships with key banking partners and financial institutions to ensure optimal service delivery and product offerings
- Analyze market trends and implement changes as needed to existing policies and procedures
You will also be responsible for:
- Partnering closely with tax and legal counsel to understand the regulatory environment and financial restrictions within the markets
- Monitoring capital requirements and working capital investments to drive improvements in capital structures
- Collaborating with regional business partners to develop key processes for adequate safety, liquidity, and financial controls
- Leading M&A project integration efforts for Latin America markets
- Providing mentorship and driving standard methodologies for affiliate management on capital structure, foreign currency, and sovereign risk
