Talent Acquisition Team Overview:

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a cross-regional environment with international exposure. We identify, engage, and hire top talents to join our organization and drive new growth opportunities for our teams through talent programs.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across multiple teams and countries.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing market information, talent intelligence, and best practices.
  • Use data to inform decisions that facilitate hiring and enable the organization to make the best hiring choices.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to projects that shape our recruiting culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment like the internet or consulting companies.
  • Experience using ATS systems (lever, greenhouse, icims, etc).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A passion for driving change and helping the organization evolve.
  • Knowledgeable about talent acquisition techniques (offer negotiation, sourcing, etc).
  • Experience with internship hiring programs is an advantage.
