Talent Acquisition Specialist

Oliver Wyman is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of a team of consultants.

  • Utilize performance management frameworks to engage consultants on development needs and areas for training.
  • Develop relationships with each consultant and establish a trusted advisor role.
  • Assist consultants in accessing resources for career advice and direct them towards relevant training opportunities.
  • Escalate employee relations issues and questions related to human capital operations as needed.
  • Monitor work-life-quality issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the human capital manager on managing the pyramid, training, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives.
Talent Development

Proven ability to establish and grow relationships at all levels within an organization.

Project Staffing and Management

Understand the nuances of project work and roles being filled at a high level.

Consultant Performance and Development

Coordinate with the learning and development team on appropriate training for consultants.

  • Review weekly utilization reports and cross-reference with systems to ensure accurate information.
  • Assemble project pipeline and consultant availability reports.
  • Prepare documents and exhibits for senior leadership meetings using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analyze performance outcome results.

Organize own work and guide colleagues in building project deliverables.
