We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic operation of our global workforce.

The Role

This is an opportunity to shape and evolve our HR function in a fast-scaling, remote-first organization. The ideal candidate will effectively juggle onboarding, employee relations, and client interactions while maintaining a bird's-eye view on data, trends, and workforce health.

Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless experience for every remote hire, from first touch to full integration.
  2. Employee Relations & Wellness Checks: Keep a pulse on engagement, performance, and morale across a fully remote, global team.
  3. Client Communication: Act as a trusted HR partner to our clients, ensuring they have a direct line for onboarding concerns and HR-related needs.
  4. HR Reporting & Metrics: Leverage data and insights to anticipate issues before they arise.
Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

  1. Remote HR Expert: Understanding the complexities of managing a global workforce and keeping employees engaged across time zones.
  2. Strategic Problem-Solver: Connecting the dots, spotting trends, and resolving challenges before they become problems.
