Key Areas of Focus:

  • To achieve operational, technical and leadership success we need to attract, map, build pipelines and hire high-quality talent.
  • Engage in proactive headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across various channels.
  • Build and maintain external pipelines ensuring a diverse and agile talent pool for future business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments by collaborating across departments and geographies.
  • Advocate for the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding ensuring timely, respectful and informative communication.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives on different platforms and local events aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data and feedback to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and support hiring activities even when managers are based internationally ensuring strong local alignment.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition especially in operational roles.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing talent mapping and headhunting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Workday software.
  • Background in supply chain or terminal operations management.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective stakeholder management skills ability to handle competing priorities provide consultative guidance.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments managing multiple roles simultaneously with independence.
  • Resilience adaptability to work in a hybrid model remote supervision on-site business partners.
