Senior Technical Director Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the performance of IT teams
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture across all teams
- Set clear objectives for each team, aligning them with the business strategy
- Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of secure IT platforms
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement platform improvements and innovations
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring high availability and performance levels
- Manage system alerts and incidents proactively
- Develop and refine service delivery processes to improve user experience and satisfaction
- Implement technology solutions that support business operations and enhance productivity
- Oversee the procurement and deployment of hardware and software resources
- Lead the development and execution of a robust cyber security strategy to protect company assets and data
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to security and data privacy
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks
