
Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Leader to spearhead our procurement strategy and drive cost savings, quality improvements, and operational efficiency.
This key role involves identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliability and alignment with our brand values.
- Purchasing Strategy: Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
- Inventory management: Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and quality teams to ensure that procurement aligns with product development and promotional strategies.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Champion sustainable sourcing practices and collaborate with suppliers to promote environmentally friendly materials and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement within the fashion retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful procurement strategies.
- Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent English.
