Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to join our team as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

This role involves designing, implementing and maintaining highly available infrastructure at scale using pure Python code. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, a scientific approach to operations and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with other engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new features
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Strong background in software engineering and Linux systems administration
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with OpenStack or cloud management platforms
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
