Position Overview

As a Director of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving Sinch's growth in LATAM by developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy. You will identify collaboration opportunities, build strategic relationships with technology companies, and leverage those relationships to drive innovation and deliver advanced solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Create and implement a strategic plan to drive growth in LATAM, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  2. Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities: Research and evaluate potential partners in the technology sector, assessing their alignment with Sinch's business objectives.
  3. Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, negotiating agreements and contracts that benefit both parties.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with the company's business and strategic objectives.
  5. Develop Partnership Programs: Create and implement programs that promote Sinch's products and services, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  6. Monitor and Analyze Partnership Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships, assessing return on investment and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  7. Represent Sinch at Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote Sinch's brand and expand our network of contacts.
  8. Stay Updated on Industry Dynamics: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and potential opportunities or threats.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluent English and Advanced Spanish.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  3. Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in partnership development at a technology company or in a similar role.
  4. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners.
  5. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and create innovative partnership opportunities.
  6. Understanding of the Technology Ecosystem: Strong understanding of the technology and partner ecosystem, with the ability to navigate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
