LATAM Partnerships Director: Strategic Relationship Builder

Position OverviewAs a Director of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving Sinch's growth in LATAM by developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy. You will identify collaboration opportunities, build strategic relationships with technology companies, and leverage those relationships to drive innovation and deliver advanced solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Create and implement a strategic plan to drive growth in LATAM, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities: Research and evaluate potential partners in the technology sector, assessing their alignment with Sinch's business objectives.
- Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, negotiating agreements and contracts that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with the company's business and strategic objectives.
- Develop Partnership Programs: Create and implement programs that promote Sinch's products and services, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor and Analyze Partnership Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships, assessing return on investment and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Represent Sinch at Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote Sinch's brand and expand our network of contacts.
- Stay Updated on Industry Dynamics: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and potential opportunities or threats.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Advanced Spanish.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in partnership development at a technology company or in a similar role.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and create innovative partnership opportunities.
- Understanding of the Technology Ecosystem: Strong understanding of the technology and partner ecosystem, with the ability to navigate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
