Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will partner with directors and people managers to drive strategic initiatives, provide coaching and talent management, and facilitate change.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with functional heads/leaders to align HR practices with business objectives
  • Developing strategy around future talent management needs
  • Supporting programs that attract top talent in a cost-effective manner
  • Driving change management initiatives and process improvement
  • Addressing employee-manager relations and performance management
  • Coaching managers to improve employee performance
  • Providing guidance on administering human resources policies and procedures
  • Performing difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing and terminating employees

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree or MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of client-facing Human Resources business partnering experience
  • Prior experience as a Business Partner to a leadership team or senior-level managers
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations
  • Sound HR knowledge and skills, proven ability to apply them in varied situations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive changes
  • Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A sense of urgency and responsiveness in dealing with emerging issues
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality & multitask
  • Desire to understand broad business issues and apply them to projects
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • English and Spanish advanced language proficiency
