Job Title: Cloud Vendor Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Cloud Vendor Operations Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing service delivery performance for all extended workforce needs across Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a large vendor network distributed across different suppliers and sites.
  • Manage relationships with SMB Sales service providers and oversee service delivery performance.
  • Partner closely with suppliers and SMB Sales teams to ensure high quality output and successful customer outcomes.
  • Lead regular business reviews ensuring sites are meeting/exceeding goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technical support service delivery or vendor management.
  • 8 years of experience leading Inside sales, SMB Sales, operations, strategy, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing inside sales or SMB sales programs through full time equivalents or outsourced operations.
  • Problem-solving and project management skills, with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across a large, global organization.
